1. Delivery Locations

  • Currently, we deliver to select areas in Mumbai.
  • Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your pincode.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery for orders placed before the cut-off time.
  • Delivery hours: 9 AM – 7 PM (depending on your location)

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery for orders above ₹500.
  • A delivery fee of ₹50 applies for smaller orders.

4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive updates via SMS/email once your order is out for delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt one redelivery or contact you.
  • Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen conditions.
